If have already completed our 8 week challenge and you want MORE, then I’d invite you to our coaching program. This is a 3 month program where we create customised meal plans and workout protocols for YOU, and check in weekly to ensure you are tracking well to achieve your goals. We only take on serious contenders though, and you would need to meet the following criteria to qualify:

  • You have successfully trained AT LEAST 3x per week throughout the 8 week challenge
  • You have successfully counted your macros and hit them daily throughout the 8 week challenge
  • You are serious about committing and NEED to be at the elite level.
