Please note we do not issue refunds or returns on any non-faulty items. We have conducted rigorous quality testing on all items before they are sent out.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to email@example.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund or in-store credit once the item is received back at our facility. We do not offer any refunds or returns for change of mind. We do not refund or exchange any items that show signs of wear and tear.
Please Note: You, the customer, have agreed to assume the responsibility to cover any expenses involved with returning your order.
The above policy is valid for a period of 7 days after your purchase is received. At this expiry of this period, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.
