WHAT IS A BONDI BOOTY RESISTANCE BAND AND WHY SHOULD I USE IT?
Bondi Booty Resistance bands are specifically designed to activate your booty during strength training. As your glutes are a notoriously hard muscle to activate, the bands are almost a necessity to ensure you are actually working your booty. People who don’t activate their glutes will over compensate using their lower back, quads and hamstrings which can lead to muscle imbalance and injury.Our booty bands can be used on their own for bodyweight exercises, or to enhance the muscle activation from weighted exercises, making them a versatile training tool at home or in the gym. A strong booty will not only reduce the risk for injury. As the largest muscle in the body, it will maximise your athletic performance and give you a massive confidence boost too!

Bondi Booty resistance bands are made out of 100% natural latex.
HOW DO I USE THE BANDS?
The bands are extremely versatile and the exercises you can do with them are limitless. They can be used on their own with bodyweight exercises, or used as an exercise enhancer for weighted exercises, like squats and deadlifts. Check out our Instagram page for some inspiration and workout ideas.
WILL THE BANDS SNAP?
We have sourced an extremely robust, high-quality latex capable of handling high tension. The four thicknesses ranging from light to extra heavy means you can pick the correct band for your desired exercise.However, even thick latex bands have limitations. The durability of the bands will be vastly improved if you do not stand on the bands with shoes, or stretch them to more than double their original length.
HOW DO I STOP THE BANDS FROM ROLLING DOWN?
We have designed the bands as thick and as wide as possible to prevent any rolling. However, due to the nature of the latex, it can sometimes happen.You can best prevent this by moving the position of the band on your legs, and slowing down the tempo of the exercise. Equally as important, the thickness of the band should depend on what exercise you are doing. Lighter bands tend to work best for large ranges of motion (such as glute kickbacks).
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BANDS?
Make sure you are storing them in a nice cool spot. Try to keep them out of direct sunlight or extreme heat (such as inside a car in the sun), as the sun and heat will break down the latex.
